这两个短语的区别是：

1.used to do中的used是动词, to后面接动词不定式; be used to中的used是形容词, to是介词,后接名词、代词或动名词。

2.used to表示过去频率极高或十分经常的习惯性的动作,常译成“过去常常做…”,且含有与现在对比的意味; 而be used to的意思是“熟悉并接受…”“习惯于…”。例如:

She is used to air travel.她习惯了坐飞机旅行。

3.used to只能用于过去时,而be used to可用于各种时态。
